neuro-morpho (collaboration with SSEC at Johns Hopkins University): AI-enabled data analytics platform integrating simulation outputs, image processing pipelines, and machine learning workflows for automated extraction and analysis of neuronal morphometric data.
 

QNMorpho: A MATLAB-based app to characterize /quantify the properties of branched neuronal morphologies.

NeuronMorphologySimulator: A package(written in C) to simulate 2D branched neuronal morphologies.
