Biography
My research background is in synthetic biology/chemistry. During my graduate studies I investigated different aspects of the fascinating world of biological self-assembly, including peptide self-assembly and DNA computing. I learned to know that nature, after millions of years of evolution, is our most sophisticated machine, holding great potential for future developments in nanomedicine and nanomaterials. Nevertheless, self-assembly processes, although studied intensively in many aspects, is still poorly understood. I hope that during my postdoc I will be able to gain additional insight on the exciting microtubules dynamic instability process.
